- JJJ JonesJul 2, 20251.0The technician left telling me he needs to order a board to fix a "3 phase" connection. I HAVE ZERO THREE PHASE REQUIREMENTS!! This is a 10/15 year old heat pump. Every tag specifically says 1 phase. If Kasinger technician is uneducated, they will lie and order a part. You better pray! The tech sure is!! Kasinger finally arrived to fix the "three phase" heat pump. Get this: They took a week to replace a single phase condenser fan. A motor I could get over night from multiple sources. I am preparing to go out of my way to post this interaction. As fast as I get the security camera audio separated, I will let EVERYONE see/hear this tech lie to my face! Kasinger should be ashamed of themselves.
