They were friendly and knowledgeable, and had my issue fixed in about an hour. When they handed me the invoice it was about half of what I expected. I would highly recommend Nuckles and sons, and more specifically this team, for any residential plumbing needs.
- FFFred6 days ago5.0We woke up to a clogged lavatory drain and called Nuckles eight away. They are always easy to work with and come promptly. Robert and Dakota arrived shortly after lunch and were probably here less than 20 minutes. They had the perfect tool to unclog the drain w/o taking our drain apart and it was fixed immediately. They were both friendly and ready to explain their method and answer questions.

- CGCheyenne GoddingDec 28, 20251.0COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! And a TOTAL RIP OFF!! Do NOT waste your time or money! My toilet stopped up and leaked out 3 times to the point where it ruined my bedroom floors and after the first time they “fixed it” I was told it had a 30 day warranty. Well got billed for the second time they came out to fix the SAME problem, and the plumbers not only left a mess but they un did the underpinning to my house and never put it back so my dogs got out, left my SEPTIC OPEN, and they unplugged my deep freezer which was full of meat and food and never plugged it back in and I didn’t realize it until the next morning so allllll of my food was ruined. I’m talking hundreds and hundreds of dollars of food. I called and spoke to HEATHER twice and was promised a call back each time and nothing so now they can shove their bill where the sun doesn’t shine and I will always tell people what a joke and terrible company they are. As a small business owner in Jonesboro I tried to have a conversation and gave them ample opportunity to have a conversation with me and to make it right but they aren’t that company. They aren’t those kind of people.
