He was kind of dragging and what should have been done in a few hours took all day. Day 2 went exponentially better, they sent out who we believe is the foreman Forest and he took control of the job. He was very professional and well spoken he saw the job site and within 5 minutes he explained how the rest of the project will go, what to expect and that we have his guarantee. They did 10 times the work we were expecting and that was with the on the job training Forest was giving him throughout the day. I don't think they sat down once and not only demoed our large deck but also replaced it all in the same day. Day 3 was Forest and Justin and they completed the rest way sooner than we thought. So if you have a job ask for forest and justin we are very happy with the work and price but the first guy needs more training
