    This is the second time we have worked with Top Notch, both with our AC and our heater. Both times they have been prompt, friendly and very compassionate and understanding. Today Terry Beaver came and diagnosed our heating system. He was very patient with my kiddos and respectful of our home and situation. We will absolutely continue to use them in the future and are beyond grateful for their understanding and support.

    I was quoted over a $1,000 for repairs by this company. I received a second opinion from another company, and the technician said it was a simple door that needed to be closed inside of our ceiling, and that fixed the issue! They did not charge us a dime for their time. They are an honest company, and I wish I could have said the same when Top Notch tech come out here. Your quote was over a $1,000 and it was not necessary in the first place. Our tech said there was nothing wrong with either issue you guys stated in the repairs list in the quote. We will continue to work with the other company that came to us. I will definitely not work with this company again.

    Was notified the service technician was on the way with an ETA. A picture was provided to me so that I would know who to expect. An inspection of my HVAC unit was conducted efficiently and professionally. I was provided a report of the condition of my unit and estimates of the suggested repairs. I will be using their services in the future.

    Chris was our technician and he was great! They were quick to respond and early to arrive. Chris was able to identify our problem and he was helpful in marinating our options for repair. We have used Top Notch in the past and we are still satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!
