- CSChapel ShultsDec 9, 20255.0Jay and Tim thank you SO much from everything you did! We had water damage from a leaking refrigerator line and a separate area from a faulty skylight seal! Our HVAC duct work insulation was also in nasty condition. 911 restoration took great care of our property, remediated all the affected areas, and removed the duct work insulation so our air conditioning guys could come in and put up the new. If you are in need and looking around, consider the attention to detail, excellent communication, impeccable documentation, and peace of mind Jay and Tim bring to the table. Even the office staff were phenomenal. Thank you Jay and Tim specifically for every call and text you returned so promptly. These guys coordinated perfectly with my hectic schedule and never minded. We appreciate you making our home like new!!
