From customer service to field service, the experience has been unacceptable. Savannah from customer service was rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. When I called back, I was connected to Ashley, a manager, who offered nothing but excuses and failed to take accountability for the issues caused by Mental Heating & Air. Service technician Quentin came out to inspect my home and recommended work to be done. I was also encouraged to apply for financing through the company, which I was approved for. However, after the job was performed improperly and issues arose, I was informed that they would no longer service my residence—leaving me approved for financing that I now cannot use because they refuse to complete or correct the work. Once the job was completed, it became clear it had not been done correctly and required additional servicing. Due to the work performed, Summit Utilities had to be called to disconnect a gas line because a gas leak was created. I also had to hire a plumber to shut off the necessary access in order for the work to be done safely and properly. Despite these serious issues, the company refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead chose to walk away from the situation. No one took the time to properly diagnose or assess what was actually needed from the beginning. This all occurred during an extremely cold time of year, close to Christmas, and I have been without heat for several days. The lack of urgency, professionalism, concern for safety, and accountability is completely unacceptable. This is very bad business. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

My technician Dexter he has been coming here for a while now they’re professional. He knows my unit very well. He knows when parts needs to be changed.
