I reached out, and within an hour had Terry come out and double check my gas line in and my heating element, which it ended up being my gas line in. He was in and out in 30 minutes and I had heat back. I can't thank them enough for such a quick response, quick fix and very good pricing for the simple check he did. Thanks again guys!
