They explained everything from design, build, transport, and setup to me and were always courteous and kind… no pressure, no used car salesman tactics, just straight forward friendly people. I probably called them 12 times for information and they always took the time to assist me…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both and they make doing business together easy!

Right away I noticed the great communication between Joy (owner) and I when she understood that I had some time line issues due to weather and the property it was going to be built on. She worked late hours to provide us a with a quote within 24 hours and gave us a great price. Joy has this positive vibe about her and truly cares about the customer. She is friendly, helpful, professional, reliable and super polite. Unlike other companies I had contacted, she was able to give us a quicker time frame and set us up for about 3 weeks out. Joy gave prompt replies to questions and updated us as the projected date approached. Her crew and her family "crew" were also polite and friendly and accommodated our needs and special design details. They were particular about their job and were able to meet if not exceed our expectations. Joy made sure to check on the progress of the ongoing project and again once the job is complete. Customer satisfaction is important to her. It has been a real pleasure to work with Joy and I hope she continues to stay true to herself and the way she treats people. "Thank you" doesn't seem to be enough to say to Joy, her kids and her crew. You were a big part of making our dreams come true. This was much more than just a JOB WELL DONE!
