  Aiden is the technician that comes out to service my Heating system in the fall and my AC in the spring. She does a thorough job each season. I trust her to do the maintenance with professionalism and knowledge. When ever something different has to be done she explains each step and shows me what has to be done. And thankfully she does it in a way that I can mostly understand what is being done. Lol. She is friendly yet very professional. I have used Luquire for many many years and have no reason to change. I also use them for any of my plumbing needs also. I guess you can say Luquire feels like part of my family. Thank you Aiden and Luquire, Trish Mathews

  I had a new hot water heater installed yesterday, and I could not have asked for a better team! Blake and Will with Luquire were absolutely wonderful—kind (truly!), professional, and so caring. They did an awesome job from start to finish. I highly recommend them and Luquire for anyone needing quality, reliable service!

  Luxuries has the most professional men working for the Montgomery department. We were out of heat and they sent a young man 30 year old Mr Edward to my house this night in the freezing cold and he us back on track in no time flat. He was extremely curtious and very professional, hie respect level was above and beyond, this is the type of young man I would trust with my wife or child and not loose any sleep over. When we think heating and air we think Luquire the name we trust, and depend on for our homes safety, when it comes to our heat and air. LUQUIRE ISNT JUST ANOTHER NAME ITS A FAMILY ORIENTED BUSINESS WITH A FAMILY OUTLOOK ON BUSINESS, MAKING EVERYONE FEEL LIKE FAMILY.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand.   This review is from my wife, Deborah, and me. Two employees of Luquire- BLAKE and WILL- they were determined to finish the job. and did a fabulous job under challenging circumstances of installing a new hot water heater in our ATTIC. First of all, these two young men are ALWAYS punctual. Secondly, they demonstrated a tremendous WORK ETHIC as they had to install the water heater up in our attic and our attic fan was not working. Thirdly, they persevered when they realized that they needed a smaller part to finish the job. They left to go to the supply store to obtain the smaller part. They ENDED up going on a "scavenger hunt" to find another LUQUIRE truck that had the part that they needed. Finally, but MORE IMPORTANTLY - these two young men have RARE "people skills". They know how to explain things and they ask caring questions about our current status with my ongoing medical situation. I used to go up to that attic and check on the hot water heater as my father used to be a plumber up in Rome, Georgia for 43 years. He taught me a lot! My wife's family has used LUQUIRE since 1969. When we took over ownership of the old home in 1998 that we always have called - the WENTWORTH HOUSE- we retained our ongoing and reliable relationship with LUQUIRE. LUQUIRE has never disappointed us over the many decades. The latest interaction with BLAKE and WILL are proof of our reliable relationship with LUQUIRE that has now spanned five decades. My wife and and I cannot thank BLAKE and WILL enough for their professional tradesmanship but better yet for just being "REAL" and "CARING"! BRAVO! BRAVO!
