    I'm the maintenance man for Shellbrooke Pointe apartments. Yesterday our lift station went down. Jacob Clark was one of many guys Roto Rooter sent out. What could have been a tragedy was taken care of same day and was no easy feet. I can not say enough good things about this company and I want to make sure to give Jacob Clark a special shout out. He is as professional as he is knowledgeable. Before he left he made sure to contact me after hours to make sure everything was still ok. I'm a world where no one wants to work this guy goes above and beyond. Whomever reads this give this guy a raise.

    Very impressed with the service and professionalism that was shown during the fixing of our clogged water line. The technician was a very friendly and knowledgeable person who should be recognized for well represented for the company.

    My experience was excellent. The problem was fixed thoroughly and the guy was so polite and informative. I had previously paid a private company way more money not too long ago and the problem was not fixed at all. I will never use anyone else besides Roto Rooter.

    I live in an older home and the pipes are the best. I had a major blockage going from the main pipe to the septic tank. They were able to remove the blockage and have my plumbing running smoothly.
