He quickly found the problem and fixed it same day (water pressure regulator busted underground and was bubbling in the yard). There was a $160 fee for weekend call, but final price was LESS than original quote. Honest and quick. I would highly recommend and I’ll be keeping their number just in case.

When the tech arrived he pushed the igniter button a few times and said I needed a new water heater because mine was made in 2003. I had already done more troubleshooting than he did. I called them to get it lit and they said they could. I ended up paying them $60 for nothing, they didn't even try to fix the problem, but they did offer me an outrageous price to replace my water heater.
