Every time I think it’s resolved…I talk to someone else who tells me I’m not even on the schedule. It’s embarrassing how bad they are and how much they have declined in the last month.

Once United Site Services took over, every transaction was completely dysfunctional. I ended up dropping them and going with Tate. Better service and better price! With USS, you think you resolved a payment issue after 6 different calls and yet, someone contacts you a 7th time. Right hand has NO clue the left hand even exists.

Not that that mattered because they always left paper with dirt all over it anyway therefore I always provided my own paper. Then, when I called to have it picked up they told me it may be a few weeks before someone would be out to pick it up because they were short handed. They stopped taking the payment out of our account so I wasn’t worried about it. Several weeks later I called to remind them to come pick it up and they tell me I never made a payment to them the whole time I had it. I sent them proof 4 different times and they still argue that I owe them hundreds of dollars. I have called over a dozen times trying to get this settled and nobody can ever fix this but they all say they will talk with management and call me back. I never get a call back 🤬 but they email me a bill twice a week. So be prepared if you use this company that their record keeping is unprofessional and when you have your bank showing them that the payments were all made to them they still say you didn’t pay and then threaten to send it to collections if you don’t pay what they say you owe them. I do NOT recommend tgem to anyone.

Upgrades, like flushing toilet restrooms or restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals.
