Unlike most of my roofing contacts, his call back was instant -and clear about what to expect, and the timing of repair after the work was reviewed; he was on site within a day of the call ( -and I'm in a different city!). Nathan explained the mechanics of the roofing structure to be installed -AND the insurance navigation process. He has experience from all over the country in this industry -and even Central America! ...Probably not going to find a better source to guide you through transactions like these. The crew(!)... Wow ...what can you say about the crew other than ...miraculous; ...arrived early ...departed late -all to insure we were dry for the storm to come that night. ...Rarely see a crew work with this level of coordination -AND work so hard. Trust me, my roof is high, steep with plenty of valleys; they would NEVER have finished this roof before the storm if they didn't have the skill demonstrated during this job. ...Amazing. ...Beautiful result. ...Can't recommend them enough.
