  David Ware did a fantastic job of ensuring our project ran smoothly. We had our metal roof painted and I love it!!! David answered any questions I had or was there to address any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to working with David again. Cypress truly cares about their customers and ensure they are satisfied and happy with the outcome.

  These guys finished the entire roofing process in a day and left the yard and surroundings even cleaner than when they showed up! I can't recommend Charlie Bishop enough: He handled the entire process from inspection & documentation to navigating claims and then made sure everything was done perfectly. I've already recommended Cypress Roofing & Exteriors to friends!

  Charlie Bishop worked diligently with me and my insurance adjuster to get my roof replaced after the May 2025 tornados. He immediately scheduled a site visit when I first called him about a leak in my ceiling after the storms, and walked me through the process of initiating a claim. He met with the adjuster, and was on site the day of the roof installation, checking progress and helping with cleanup. He has continued to follow up to make sure my inside repairs were addressed properly as well as answer any questions I've had throughout the process. Charlie's attention to details and patience have been a blessing.

  I was very pleased with my roof being replaced with Cypress Roofing and Exteriors. They (Chris and Bob) were with me from start to finish in helping me choose the right shingles for my roof and their expertise in roofing. The roofers who put it on were well mannered and very professional. My yard was completely immaculate when they left. I love my new roof. It matches my brick just like I wanted it too. I highly recommend this company.

  I had a terrible experience in just getting an estimate from the representative who said that he was the manager. Being that it was an insurance claim I expressed how important it was to me to be kept in the loop and to be updated at least one or two times per week because I was dealing with some very serious health issues and I really needed a company that I could trust to take care of things and not have to deal with having to constantly be calling and wondering what the status was. Josh faithfully promised me that he would get right to work and would call me no less than once per week but most likely more than that. At first it seemed like I had made a good decision to use them until a month went by and not even close to being kept in the loop, I was told that someone had to go back to my house and get more measurements on the sheet rock and then he would be able to get it submitted for approval but only to find out that no one had been at my home that day or week for any reason. Finally I had enough and was ready to pull the plug but Josh promised he would have it done by Friday (2 months after meeting) and he would submit it to his boss and he would be ready to meet with me on the following Tuesday. Well come Tuesday nothing,Wednesday I get a text saying it was ready and would I be able to discuss it over the phone at 3pm and I replied that I could meet him at my house so we could go over it in person and he said that it wasn’t necessary to meet but that he would meet on Thursday. Come Thursday I didn’t hear from him so I sent a message and his response was that he just went ahead and sent it in and never discussed anything with me. This started in August of 2025 and as of now October 27 2025 the only thing that has been done is a hole cut in my sheet rock and a leak detection test which wasn’t done properly. So I am having to go to UAB for treatment with the added stress of it being months waiting for an estimate so the adjuster could do his due diligence only to find out that he hadn’t heard from him in almost 4 weeks. I can’t vouch for how well they do in roofing work but I would never recommend them for any remediation, remodeling or construction work. This was an awful experience for me personally. I gave Josh my trust to do the job like he promised and the job hasn’t even begun. I don’t even know what was submitted. I hate leaving a bad review for any company but this was ridiculous and disappointing. At this point I would not let Cypress build my dog a house. If they are able to make it right then I will be the first to say I was mistaken but if it takes 3 months to get one estimate done I can’t possibly imagine how they can make it right. I would not recommend them to anyone. Jeff M
