- KCKevin CaseyOct 21, 20251.0Updated after 2 years of no contact!! Bought a Doosan 85r excavator from this company. Bad mistake! Dishonesty was my experience. After a year of broken pins, buckets and down time i look it to a machine shop to have it repaired the way it should have with less than 100hrs. I was told the workmanship was the problem when repaired by Synergy and they didn't do what they said they did. Haven't had an issue after it was repaired by a professional of my choice 2 years since. Total cost out of pocket over 15k in lost time, broken buckets, pins not to mention revenue lost.

Certainly made a mistake not going with a Komatsu excavator. Two broken pins. My time certainly has no importance. 21days with no return phone call or communication only to be told we haven't figured out what we want to do with it. Doosan great warranty is worthless.
