- MHMona Hopper6 days ago5.0I just recently had a whole house, natural gas Generac generator installed. Gerald assisted me in ordering it, and Hunter was so professional during the installation. Every aspect of this purchase and installation was easy and professional. I also had them install 2 whole house surge protectors. I am happy I selected Richard Electric to do this; they made this project easy. Keep up the great work!
- BDBlake DickeySep 1, 20251.0Richard Electric came to my house on 8/22/2025. They said nothing was mechanically wrong with the unit and then on 8/31/2025 it stopped working completely. Upon calling another company to come out and inspect it, they found a burnt wire, a dead blower motor, and a bad capacitor, along with a dirty interior coil (which Richard Electric charged me for). I will never use them again.
