The only step left uncorrected was my crawlspace door was left off. I told them if they didn't need to go back that I would put it back on. They said they did and would reseal the conditioned space. Which required the dehumidifier to operate continuously.

Both Joel and Rip were very professional and polite. Both went out of their way to get my septic issues resolved. Couldn't ask for a better experience in a bad situation. Would reccomend them to anyone.
