Ryan arrived at our home a few days later. Ryan took the time to explained his business and visually exam our home for mold including the attic. For a nominal fee he took an air sample. A few days later Ryan contacted and explained that the procedure to eradicate mold would not be necessary at this time. My wife was very much relieved to hear this. I highly recommend recommend Ryan Smith for anyone suspecting they might mold problem. No high pressure tactics to buy anything.

After the mandatory call to the property management and their chain of contacts Pure Maintenance arrived. Ryan Smith analyzed the mold and recommended the fogging solution. Ryan was able to accommodate our request for a quick scheduling of the project, he arrived at the scheduled time, set up his equipment and within three hours was finished. Minimal odor was present when we returned but dissipated quickly, no residue or any damage has been noticed days later.
