  Update: Thank you to Denny for making this right. Thanks also to Nicole for making the experince easy. It was awkward to walk in there knowing everyone seemed to be expecting me but the issue was corrected. Thank you. If you want a cheap propane tank fill show up on Wednesdays. They have a fantastic deal. If you need propane parts be careful. Even if the item is still brand new, it doesn't fit what you needed it for, you have the receipt and original tags, you're out of luck for a return. When you come back they will tell you this is posted somewhere but that was for you to know before you walked out of the store. The clerk was polite and kind but I still lit my money on fire. The single star is for the policy, not the clerk.

  Very bad service as I wanted to fill 2- 20lb tanks. The lady first said I can read the date then said out of date. Go to Walmart she said, don't you recertified tanks. No not old ones don't know who's they are. What go to Walmart she said again so I walked back to my truck and can hear her say the same thing to someone else. He look at me with a what look on his face. I shrugged my shoulders. I called out to her where do you see out of date numbers , she said where I had showed you, you never show me anything. Then she called the other girl to show me. I have 30lb tanks that were now out of date and exchange them with the guys there no problem. I called the office asking do you not recertify tanks. The lady took my name and said I will call you back and was now was asked did I paint them was there any damage...??? No well she can't read the numbers. This is a professional propane place is it not and have been trained people to fix the tanks ...????? I get it she just doesn't want to do it and didn't even try to sell new ones to me. I suggest go to a place where they know what they are doing.

  easy to work with, friendly service, i would like the propane refill number on the bottles so the site staff could call in the service. overall great

  I use united rentals for all my propane needs. The service I get from Randy and Gerald is hands down the best in Edmonton. keep up the great work

  By far the best place to go for propane. This business is excellent, super helpful, excellent prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend
