My Project Manager was Courtney and he was fantastic to deal with. He was onsite the day after the flood and was very knowledgeable, professional and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was clearly communicated to me. He was able to accommodate anything that I needed, including the asbestos abatement for when my children and I were out of town. The contractors that he had on site were very professional and did really great work. Courtney promised that my son would be back into his bedroom prior to the first day of school and he made sure that was able to happen and I am very grateful for that! Having him onsite during a few of the more complicated parts of the project was appreciated, as it helped to keep my stress levels to a minimum. He also helped me to problem solve an issue with the fireplace, and it ended up looking great, as he said it would. It was nice to have someone who I could trust 100% through this process. Thank you Service Master for a great experience during a stressful situation!

Courtney was the project manager and was here within hours of us finding the leak. There was many staff a part of ensuring our house was mitigated, demoed and redone. I didn’t get everyone’s names, Matt and Evan went above expectations when it came to ensuring we were happy with our repairs.
