I have been having difficulty with my water softner and Sergio came out to look at. He listened to my concerns, he was very patient. He diagnosed the problem for me right away and all is now fixed! He gave me step by step instructions on how to look out for the problem in the future and gave me tips on simple maintenance. Today Sergio is my hero- thank you!

Sergio came and explained everything to us and we decided on a new furnace. The furnace was installed the next day which we were very grateful. The technicians were professional and the clean up was great. They answered our questions and it was a great experience. Will definitely use them again.

The trenching work was completed on October 07, but unfortunately the installation process has been significantly delayed. During the initial quotation, the salesperson indicated that everything would be taken care of. However, I later learned that I was required to schedule the inspection appointment myself, which had not been mentioned earlier. When I did arrange the inspection, I was informed that there had been an error in the application, two points were submitted instead of one and this needed to be rectified before proceeding, resulting in additional delays. At this point, my backyard remains in disarray and I have had to take time off work while waiting for the installation to be completed. I am quite disappointed with the overall lack of communication and follow-up throughout this process. I hope the team can review this situation to ensure a smoother experience for future customers and to bring my installation to completion as soon as possible.

The 2 installers, Paul and Matthew, were very professional and did a great job. Will not be fully testing the system for another 6 months but I am sure that when the time comes everything will be fine. Highly recommend this company for others.
