- BJbrody jespersenJun 19, 20175.0Very rare to find this level of customer service and care any more. I moved into a house last summer that is now 3 years old. I noticed that my HRV unit was not interlocked with my furnace. So I called out of curiosity Mobil who had done the install. They told me that 4 years ago this was code and since then code has changed and they interlock. I asked what they do in my sort of situation and if I could have them come and connect the two units. Not only did they agree to come, but they came fast and they did the job at no cost. (Again, I was not even the original home purchaser). They advised me simply that they like to take care of their customers and do the best job possible. But it goes even further. Not only did they interlock my units, they upgraded my control panel. I had just a timer installed on the first floor, they took that timer out and installed a digital control panel! Again. It is rare to find a company who will go so far above and beyond to care for their customers. I will recommend Mobil and be relying on them for all of my HVAC needs. Thanks Mobil.
