  Daniel and Malek replaced our old furnace, pairing it to a Daikin A/C unit JPS had previously installed for me. As representatives of JPS, their work, demeanor, and attitude was exceptional. I also want to compliment Aaron Ward, the JPS home consultant. He was the determining factor in my selection of JPS. My wife and i are very satisfied with all the staff at JPS. They are highly recommended.

  Haley was great. She did a thorough inspection of our furnace and air conditioner. Replaced filters. We would really appreciate having Haley complete our annual inspections all the time. Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you.

  Devon Fornalik from JPS Furnance & Air Conditioning was incredible, very detailed oriented, very thorough and explained everything in a non biased manner. Our AC unit is now running again! Highly recommended JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning and will seek out their services again!

  Wayne! Where do I start! I booked with JPS for a duct cleaning and the customer service was great. Living in a new home I have had some challenges with electrical which required some problem solving to complete the service. Wayne refused to give up and worked tirelessly to find a solution - successfully going above and beyond to complete my service. He also educated me on mechanical aspects of my home and made thoughtful suggestions for maintenance without being pushy. I would have Wayne back any day!

  DISREGARD FOR SAFETY: Had JPS do duct cleaning, including dryer vent. Immediately after, our dryer said it had a 95% blockage. Called them back. They sent a second guy out, who assured me the vent wasn’t clogged and he could hear it venting out the roof (above our third floor). I told him it actually vented out the side of the second floor, but he told me I was incorrect. He told me that any issue with our dryer’s error message was clearly a dryer problem. LG dryers are admittedly notorious for false duck claims, so we got the dryer repair guy out. Nothing wrong with the dryer. So I had to deal with JPS again, including their maintenance manager assuring me there was no clog, because the second guy who came out was the one who trains all their staff. But they got a guy out anyway, who concluded the vent really did go out the side of our house and that it was fully clogged. He noted there was water build up, which the internet tells me is a symptom of a vent blockage. I’m guessing when they blew it out, any lint was compressed into a full blown blockage. My issue is this: Homes burn down due to dryer vent clogs. Rather than acknowledge how dangerous it was for their staff to previously assure me the vent wasn’t clogged (and could be heard from the roof), they decided to spin. Somehow it was really my fault. I must have misunderstood! I knew it was clogged! Nobody said it wasn’t clogged! When I called the manager out for the slippery communications I was told I was yelling (I had to talk over someone constantly interrupting me, but I was nowhere near yelling. I was talking about the flippant attitude towards my family’s safety) so I gave up. Shame on me for not taking my gaslighting better and thanking them for their troubles. If they had simply told me they don’t have the ability to service a second floor vent, I would have been fine with that. Instead they went ahead without a word and I trusted them to do a good job. When they said it vents just fine out the roof, I believed them because they’re the experts. Silly me. I will be looking into whether relevant government safety agencies are concerned about companies that make false claims about dryer vents being clear. I look forward to whatever tale they cook up in response to this review. Probably good fodder for discussion with aforementioned government body.
