We had a really old 40 year old furnace installed. Thought of installing a new furnace before the cold snap hits. Reviewed couple of companies and was then visited by JPS. Jay Walker visited our house first and he gave us a breakdown on price and explained the whole process. Was really helpful and explained the furnace process and how a furnace works.
On the day of installation was visited by Hayden and Ikira. Both of them very professional. They were met with several roadblocks but then ultimately got the work done. Furnace was not working at first after installation and they thought of providing us with some space heaters so that we can go through the night . But after few inspections Hayden was able to find the issue and resolved it. The furnace is working great and keeping us Crisp during this season. Huge shout out for Hayden and his support Ikira for making things work. Happy with the service and going ti recommend to everyone

Our experience with JPS and Abhi, our technician, was great. We called on Friday afternoon and JPS had Abhi - who was very professional, informative, and courteous - out to us on Saturday just after midday. The report of the issue was detailed and well documented with pictures and videos. The parts required to repair our furnace needed to be ordered, and we were expecting our repair appointment to take place on Wednesday (reasonable, given that parts needed to be ordered). Abhi reached out to us on Monday evening to let us know the parts had arrived early, and came to complete the repair on Tuesday morning. We also signed up for their continued service plan, which ended up saving us money on the repair and will ensure we don't fall behind on our furnace maintenance/filter replacement. Great experience, JPS's high rating is well deserved.

I had a disappointing experience with JPS Furnace regarding my air conditioner installation. My written estimate clearly specified an R32 side-discharge system, which is why I chose it. However, the installers put in an R410A system instead, which is a different refrigerant and not what I approved.
When I raised the issue, I was sent an estimate that did not match the original quote I was provided and still retain. I asked for documentation showing that I ever agreed to the switch from R32 to R410A, since my estimate and our discussion were specifically about future-proofing with R32. I never received a response.
To be clear, the installers and staff I dealt with were pleasant throughout all correspondence. The concern is not with their mannerism but with the fact that the equipment installed does not match my actual quote. That kind of mismatch is highly concerning and disappointing.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

There’s a reason this company has such strong ratings—they genuinely work to keep customers happy, which is rare these days. One of my furnaces failed, and the first tech found the motherboard needed replacing. They ordered the part and kept me updated, even after hours, which I appreciated (thank you to Kayla and Shaelagh).
When the follow-up appointment came around, Abhi was the tech who handled it, and he was outstanding. He did a fresh diagnosis, caught issues that weren’t obvious the first time, and walked me through what was really going on. The original replacement wasn’t going to be enough to fix the problem, and what he uncovered saved me from sinking money into the wrong repair. His honesty and thoroughness were critical.
This all hit at the worst time, since I was about to leave town and the real fix was much more expensive than expected. When I called in, Chantelle understood immediately and told me Dave would follow up. He called right away, asked how they could make it right, and we came to a solution that felt fair. They even sent a tech out that same night to tackle the big repair.
In the end, the way the whole team handled this—especially Abhi—really earned my trust. I’d recommend JPS without hesitation.

Was happy with initial meeting with sales rep, went over the install and reviewed timelines, and cost options, took his time to see I understand what was going on and what was expected for the installation.
Had a new house furnace installed (swap orginal from early 80s) and a new furnace in garage that was also from early 80s)
Installation was going good both inside and outside and when getting Garage furnace started up noticed a faint gas smell, this was due to a damaged line between house to garage that must have gave way when new line was connected.
Upon investigation we determined the line was damaged and had to be replaced, not an issue I had thought as these crews were gas fitters and I had assumed they could handle the repair....and no they pretty much washed their hands to it and told me it was my responsibility to get this fixed.
As I'm new to this type of work I got online and within 1 hour had another furnace company on site to assess the issue, they explained what needed to be done and what prep I had to do in order for them to complete the repair.
Next day I had it all ready, dug out the back line that had been corroded due to age and exposure to elements, they came out and added new line and completed the final inspection of garage furnace and the new line.
What I was surprised about was talking to 3 different furnace companies all had said this should have been able to be completed by JPS, and as I was told by the sales team, (We dont touch ground lines)
I tried to reach out to JPS only to get response from salesman via text, and no apologies or offers to help me with any amount of compensation for having to hire another Furnace company to complete what they started.
I was excited to have JPS back to my home as they installed my hot water tank a few months earlier and that was a great experience, this however was not a great customer experience.
I can honestly say, with 25 years of construction and new home customer experience, this fell short of what I was anticipating.
Now I have there hot water tank and w furnaces and will not be calling them back again for any future business, nor will I recommend them to any friends or family members.
Disappointed to say the least, all they had to do was reach out and see how they can make this better, but instead had a salesman text me. 😕
As expected your response was typically deflection from any of your negative reviews, as you stated I declined any calls, thats a lie, only contact was via text from a salesman, and again no accountability from your team.
You got the sale and thats fine, you won't get any repeat business from me, or referrals. Fingers crossed there is no issues with the furnace and I dont need to contact your company ever again.
