  Carlos came today to check a leak we had and he was fantastic. This is our 2nd time using A1 and both times (George is also great!), the technicians were kind, honest and clear with what they were doing. Will continue to use them for furnace and AC services.

  Their website said they do urgent services. I called because I'm having a random steady leak in my basement ceiling. The girl on the phone was rude and completely unhelpful. Said they can't help me until Thurs. Unbelievable. I asked about the urgent services and she just said "no. No one is available we won't be able to help you". Horrible service

  Today I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Ryley & T J as the installed my new Lennox furnace. Their attitude towards customer service is beyond the normal. They engaged with me keeping me in the loop as the continued their work. I can say right now my home is warm and comfortable and thanks the AI Chesney Service for sending me their best workers.   Moral provided excellent customer service and worked through our problems effectively He made extra effort to communicate with us to ensure we received the help we needed Thank You Mark Bourree Our annual service was done by a technician named Cor, whom was very helpful Cor gave us confidence that our furnace was running in good order as well as some insight on the overall condition of our unit We discussed out hot water tank unit as well as the newer tankless product that is currently being installed Again very knowledgeable and friendly Thanks Mark

  Furnace quit early this morning on Boxing Day. After attempting to diagnose and fix it myself I gave up and called A1. Jasmine took my call and said Morad would be my tech contacting me as soon as possible. I got a call within the next hour and Morad arrived shortly thereafter. He diagnosed the issue immediately as a pressure issue and began checking all the venting. Ice had built up in my intake and he recommended a future fix to reduce that issue. Furnace is up and running just before the upcoming cold snap! Thanks for being here so quickly!
