    Probably the WORST experience I could ever imagine in migrating from Easy to Edge. Messed up pricing, couldn't bring over history/contracts/promotions. Seriously DO NOT "upgrade" to Edge. Oh and SEO - I suddenly have 50% of my site traffic coming from other countries - pure garbage. RUN. They do not fix, they hide. They outsource all website builds, and you are forced to talk to people in other countries on their time zone. Unremarkable, unreliable, unresponsive, unintuitive - definition of smartless.

    they have an unreliable system. almost always has an issue, and staff are very hard to reach via phone, so we chat with them. but, if issues are too hard to handle for their "tier 1" and "tier 2" team, they "escalate" them to their dev team, only to be abandoned and never solved! never use their service! too much trouble!

    terrible software and worse customer service. As a business you have to rely on them to make changes on your account that they never actually make on their end. (even after having a confirmation email 3 months ago from their support team that the changes were made on their end) Every time I reach out to support I am being transferred through 4 different people. It took me a couple hours and speaking to about 10 different people for me to get my problem resolved.

    We’ve been using Storable’s EDGE platform, and it has been a nightmare. Our pricing has been broken for 29 days, costing us thousands in lost revenue—and the issue is still unresolved. This isn’t the first time either. Our last service ticket dragged on for 104 days, only for them to give us a temporary “fix” instead of actually resolving the problem. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer support is shocking for a company in this industry. Choosing Storable’s EDGE has easily been one of the worst business decisions we’ve made. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    The poorest communication I have ever dealt with. They won't return contacts. They ignore emails. They put you off and act as if they don't even want your business. It would be bad if it was just one person acting that way, but when multiple people act that way it is unbelievable. I've tried to do business with Storable, but its just impossible.
