I did not have enough storage to have everything saved so I lost a lot of data from my personal and professional life. I took the computer to the Apple store and because they could not power it on, they told me there was nothing they could do to save it. I was convinced I would not be able to recover my data. After a little research, I found Ballard Computes. I took my computer in and immediately found outstanding customer service. Within 5 minutes, I was given more information and more help than the Apple Store gave me in an hour. I left my Macbook with Ballard and within a few days, everything that I lost was recovered. The communication was outstanding. He let me know exactly what was going on, what he was trying to do to repair the device and how long it would take to get it all done. He was professional, an expert in his field and very reasonably priced. If I ever have any issues with a computer, this is where I will go and this is who I will recommend to anyone that comes across an issue with their computer. If I could, I would give Ballard Computes a 6 Star Review!!

Talked to Marvin Ballard (the owner) on the phone. He was personable and knowledgeable. Brought the computer in for him to look at early in the day and it was fixed later in the day. Marvin answered all my questions expertly. Very pleased with my experience and I would recommend Ballard Computes highly.
