- DDDylan DrendelJun 17, 20192.0Unfortunately their troubleshooting skills were not sufficient to accurately assess and fix my computer. The tech called and confidently told me the issue had been fixed, explaining that it was just a software issue, so I took their word for it. Within a day of having it back, it was not working again. So, rather than go through the same hoops with them again, I decided to send it directly to HP instead - turns out the motherboard needed to be replaced, and now my computer is working great. Lost a good amount of money and time with these guys, so I have to recommend looking elsewhere until they are able to hire more skilled and knowledgeable techs.
