For all repairs, we welcome walk-in customers. For Apple Watch, iPhone, Beats, Airpods, iPad and Macbook repairs, appointments are offered. - JOJ OApr 22, 20221.0Hours are for the drug store, not tech services. Dropped off my laptop for Asus services and was given grief. Was told it would be end of day or possibly 24-48 hours before diagnostic is complete. 48 hours later no call about repars/diagnostic and no tech in to speak with when i called in. Will be going to get a refund for the $55 diagnostic and to get my computer back to bring it elsewhere. Hopefully the manager services/terms of service are honored better than the techs.
