- IBIvo BeitsmaDec 9, 20245.0I bought a fancy-as and maybe defective Logiix cable 6+ months ago, and been having trouble getting a return call from the manufacturer. One call to the LD tech dept and not only did we have a fruitful conversation, he found some in stock and offered to do a simple exchange within the 1yr warranty. I couldn't expect anything more. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and empowered to help customers with decent policies.

The repair place I had originally gone to told me the limited warranty on my Mac would not cover the repair and would cost me $900, turns out I could get the repair under my warranty. If I have tech issues again, I’ll definitely be coming here.
