- BDBennis DOct 5, 20225.0I went to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max here because it was so hard to get an appointment at apple. I was hesitant at first because it was not the actual apple store-i l I learned that the tech is certified and very experienced. And my apple care was eligible here as well! Emran is the only technician here and he was working so hard but still managed to be so helpful with walking me through the repair. I am so glad to have met him. Thank you Emran!
