- AAAliyaAug 16, 20241.0Took my phone in because the charging port wasn’t working. They said they couldn’t see anything in the port and that it would be $30 for them to clean it. I declined and went over to the Apple Store where they pulled a rock out of my charging port and fixed the problem ( for free). Save your time and go to an Apple Store.
