  Wow you talk about the rudest and guy to deal with. My voice mail has a funny way of making you think I answer and then ask for you to leave a message. But this guy called me back and left a nasty voice mail before I could even get my computer into him for service. I was told basically he didn't want my business because of the voice mail. If you really don't believe me, I saved the message for anyone to hear. I went to NERD NATION and got amazing service and fast. With the same voice mail.

  This place was great. My computer crashed with months of work on it while I was out of town. I had been gone for about 40 days and with all my work gone it would have all been for nothing but this shop was able to salvage everything that I needed and get the computer working again. I didn't catch the guys name but he was really friendly and helpful. I would suggest not bothering with other shops in the area and just go here for any computer problems.

  At least two years ago I bought a computer here, and it's been just great. Exactly what I needed. Today I came in because the CD drive fell out. They not only recognized me (after 2 years!) but also fixed my problem in about 3 minutes and charged me nothing. Excellent customer service.
