This is the 3rd in less then 4 months that they have missed placed my packages and now have to do extra work to get my stuff. You call and they don’t ever answer the phone. Bad work ethic and not happy with this post office

The guy who answered the phone was rude and belittling towards me when he wasn't understanding my question. I re worded that question and he still was disrespectful. You may work at the Post Office but that doesn't make you better than others. Learn some professionalism and customer service, especially if you are answering the damn phone.
