    Where do I even begin with the unprofessionalism and deceptive behavior of the staff here? I was assisting someone with their website, but we had no access to perform updates, add plugins, or implement security measures. When we requested admin access, they outright refused and gave vague excuses. After demanding a reason, they let it slip that they used Namecheap hosting, and an extremely cheap shared hosting plan at that, which was likely the reason causing frequent downtime. They pack multiple clients onto these servers, citing "security concerns" as the reason for denying access. That's huge a red flag. They charged thousands of dollars annually for this subpar hosting service! Moreover, they flatly refused to allow us to back up and migrate the site, forcing us to seek legal assistance to reclaim rights to the domain. Adding insult to injury, they attempted to try and force payment for a "blogging package" around $5,000 a year, despite not having posted a single blog in over two years. In summary, this company is the epitome of poor service and unethical practices. -100/10, absolutely do not recommend.
