I tried for them to hold it at a FedEx location to pick up because it was a Christmas gift. Never arrived. If it has been damaged or lost I wish they would just update the package as so, maybe then I could get a refund. Filing a claim with FedEx did absolutely nothing. So beyond frustrating. What is even more frustrating is that I personally know other people going by through the exact same thing. Like seriously get it together FedEx.

It is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even call a local number to find out more information. The 800 number only has the same info I do. Even has drivers name(Anthony), first time it didn’t show up after saying out for delivery, I called and he said you have till 8pm just wait(that was the first day it was supposed to be delivered after the original delay which was a snow storm, so I’m ok with that). second day out for delivery and nothing showed, third day it has an arrival window and fedex showed up and dropped a different package and then left, still didn’t get it, called to try to see what was going on and talked to two different people, the first one sounded like they got muted half way through the call and I waited on the line for a few minutes be4 they hung up, last one said she opened up a case and then hung up on me. Fingers crossed, it shows up, this isn’t the first time we have had a delay like this from the same location in Charleston WV. Going to stop ordering stuff that comes though FedEx.
