No way to contact center to have drivers corrected and customer service just blames the store you buy from saying they didn't provide correct information even when they repeat back the correct address and have delivered before.

I broke laws driving to this location to get there before 7 pm...their advertised closing time. I illegally parked...ran up to the doors at 6:48 pm....and....the doors were locked! The sign said closed....however the lights were on an an employee was sitting behind the counter watching me yank on the door. He said nothing....he just watched me as he waited for the clock to tick down to 7 PM. No wonder this location has such bad ratings. Next time I am going to Staples. Thanks for nothing FedEx!
