- TLTravor LutzSep 26, 20251.0I had an important legal document on a thumb drive that I needed printed tonight. I broke laws driving to this location to get there before 7 pm...their advertised closing time. I illegally parked...ran up to the doors at 6:48 pm....and....the doors were locked! The sign said closed....however the lights were on an an employee was sitting behind the counter watching me yank on the door. He said nothing....he just watched me as he waited for the clock to tick down to 7 PM. No wonder this location has such bad ratings. Next time I am going to Staples. Thanks for nothing FedEx!

- MWMeghan WhitleyJan 25, 20251.0Has my package, keeps saying it’s out for delivery and never gets delivered. Had a fed ex truck sitting outside neighbors driveway for atleast an hour yesterday. They didn’t deliver anything to any of the 3 houses. Whoever Jerry is with FedEx needs fired, I understand why a lady down the road canceled her order because Jerry just never shows up. I attached 2 pictures in which the truck just sat at the end of a very long driveway, for atleast an hour and then I had to leave my house. No reason it shouldn’t be delivered at this point.
