I had an error on my passport that i needed to correct and i didn’t realize that i filled out the wrong form. She helped me get the correct form and even took new photos of me since I did mine incorrectly. The post office can get really busy so I appreciate her patience.
- MMMaxAug 6, 20251.0Didn't open until 9:12 last time I was there, despite a long line of people. Also, please stop telling us to use the kiosk for packages, it does not count as an official scan right away and will not show as shipped for online tracking purposes. This is critical if you are selling items online! The kiosk literally tells you "articles must be placed in the bin and processed by USPS in order to receive a true acceptance scan. This scan does not constitute a service or delivery guarantee." If you are shipping anything important it would be foolish to use the kiosk. So, have some respect for customers, and stop telling us to risk our packages and online shop reputation to save you the few seconds seconds it takes to scan it! If you want someone to be annoyed at be annoyed at your employer for not providing an adequate fast scan experience for packages.
