This is just a neighborhood store not a corporate office with many employees to go through departments and directory. 15 minutes of wait time! Something simple to finish possibly in 30 seconds was made impossible by automated phone system. In the end I waited to see how it goes. Nothing happened and UPS automated system connected me to a survey. I just had to give up.
