- JJJaredSep 4, 20251.0I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person as the post master " rick" Richard Klima. I spoke to him recently about an issue I was having with our mail, and it was literally like talking to a seventh grader. Hard to believe, this is an adult, elderly man acting that way and talking like that. It's hilarious, and I have no idea where he thinks he gets off running his mouth like this. If you deal with him be careful, he is a coward and will lie about everything.! RECORD ALL PHONE CALLS AND INTERACTIONS WITH HIM AT ALL TIMES AS HE WILL LIE. We have an open complaint with his supervisors and have found out that he has many complaints over the years. It looks like this may be his final complaint, and we're finally going to be rid of this ridiculous tyrant. If you have had any problems with richard or his post office employees please file complaints with the consumer division and the post office superiors. From the sounds of it, he will soon be relieved of his duties. Thankfully and luckily for the community.
