- DLDavid LawrenceMay 16, 20221.0Bad service. Missed pickups, truck was in shop multiple times, their drivers quit, invoices were wrong. It was one problem after another with them. On top of that the Branch Manager "promised" they would take care of the issues, which didn't happen. STAY AWAY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made excuse after excuse for not doing their job. Not worth the headache.

He responds to my questions right away and goes out of his way to make sure our needs are taken care of. The workers who come to our shop to shred our papers are polite and professional and have taken the time to show us how the paper is shredded.
