- OOOjiramNelen1 day ago1.0If you are purchasing a home through builders Jason Mroz and Arthur Ladish who are DBA under the following: Apple Tree Real Estate, LLC Apple Tree Four, LLC Apple Tree Homes, LLC Apple Ridge of Appleton Apple Tree Fox Valley Homes, LLC First American Title Insurance Company Evans Division in Appleton, WI will not release money held in escrow nor file with an interpleader through the courts if the builder/seller does not honor the contract and a dispute remains despite the contract stating otherwise. Two years have passed since the expiration date of my contract and they refuse to release the money to me despite producing evidence of photos along with emails and texts from the builder the work was not completed, nor will they file with a court interpleader after I have requested a filing on several occasions. They are not impartial; they serve the builder/seller. You will have to file an interpleader with the courts yourself.

- MFMariah FinkApr 30, 20205.0Well I had to sign during COVID which as we all no presents its in challenges and they were great about allowing me to come after work at 4:45 when the coose at 4:30. We sign papers in the back behind there offices. I was called the day before close. So if you have a difficult work schedule make sure your off on closing date to make your appt. Iwas told they were very busy and that it will gake a hour to complete. I was done in about a half a hour so thag was nice.
