I live far out of town and their phone service is atrocious. The only person I could get connected to on the phone admitted they had absolutely no affiliation with Fedex and couldn’t even provide a tracking number. I’ll happily change this review once Fedex shows any interest in solving this problem, but until then I am apalled by this company.
