I don’t have a thin skin by any means, but they don’t know anything and it’s very frustrating. Clearly very under educated in their field. Kelly and another lady were just plain angry to be at their job and have no answers other than robotic response filled with discourse you even had the audacity to ask. Like basic questions. I’m sorry but I can tell they don’t understand we are giving their company a cut to find jobs for us. They should be treating us as clients and not like we owe them and hurry and get out of their office. It’s apparent that management doesn’t care to change either because just look how many negative reviews there are. I was forced to sit in the office for 45 minutes while she printed my paycheck I set up for direct deposit with them a total of 4 times. She complained about her new laptop and the IT department the entire time. Couldn’t wait to get my check and leave. Talk about Stone Age. No jobs available ever. One car auction that’s it. It pays $60 a week
