Not only did they say they attempted delivery when they did not knock or ring the door bell it at 10:56 I saw the tag at 1145am and immediately called which they promised I would get my priority overnight package today only to get a call saying the driver is no longer in the area: we had 2 cars in the driveway it was clear people were home the driver purposely did not knock or ring the door bell we would’ve heard it and my window was open because I absolutely needed this package it took an hour after calling to get told they can’t redeliver and my only option was to drive 35 mins after the driver got back at maybe 5 and pick it up by 6 before they close or wait until Monday. With no sort of reimbursement for my gas to do this. When it was absolutely their fault. I can’t even use gps on my phone to be able to get to fife to pick up my package as it’s my replacement phone I needed. FedEx you suck and I’ll make sure everyone around me doesn’t utilize you guys
