I went to a couple of other FedEx spots and they weren't able to help out until I met Shay here at the Mildred location. As I entered the store she was just finishing up with another customer and put the stuff down without finishing it to address me. While dealing with me another customer came it and dropped off a package and handled both of us very well. I highly recommend this FedEx, just because I saw how well Shay dealt with everybody and helped me out where others couldn't. Thanks Shay!!
- SSSchafer SchaferOct 7, 20252.0Came with a shipment that needed to be sent out within a certain time frame. The employees seemed annoyed that I had come so "late in the day" (it was 2:00pm) and stated they had other packages they needed to pack and didn't think they could get to mine. They told me 2:00pm was too late for them to provide me with a tracking number and that because they didn't have a box to fit one of the items they would be unable to ship out my items for multiple days which fell outside of the time I needed the packages to be sent. They told me to go to the FedEx center on 37th. When I went to the 37th st location they processed my items immediately and provided me with a tracking number. When I mentioned the other location saying they wouldn't be able to send my package out for multiple days due to lack of a single box, the employee was surprised and said the Mildred location should have been able to send out my packages the next day. The disparity in how I was treated at the 37th st location vs the Mildred location was significant. The staff at 37th st was efficient, kind, and fast. At Mildred st I was treated with annoyance and told information that was inaccurate.
