- BPBreanna PerryJul 17, 20251.0Do yourself a favor, use a different title company. Seller chose First American Title to close with and in my experience, the communication here was severely lacking. I called a week in advance of our close to get the closing details, left a voicemail, no response, sent a secure message, no response, called again two days later, no response, sent another message, no response, called the gal's assistant the next day and then finally received a call that they didn't have my closing documents, and this was 4 business days from closing. Also they said they would have my closing check a couple days after funding and its been 10 days now, still haven't heard anything. I guess its time for another round of phone tag...

When this was taken to manager, I was told , “ Sometimes it is best to just move forward.” No resolution, no action was taken to repair the fallout. No reprimand for the agent who lied. Do not trust them with something as important as selling/ purchasing property.
