    Their daily cut off time for Fedex express mail is 4pm instead of 5pm. If you drop off the package after 4pm it won't be shipped out on the same day.

    I don’t go to Fed-ex very often & I noticed that the same person who helped me today also helped me a couple of years back, so they stood out! Victoria is lovely & amazingly helpful, very happy with my service here :)

    As a POC I am absolutely shocked at the treatment from the manager. Person in front of me shipped with ease, I (shipping a multi tool pliers for warranty) was interrogated as if it was a weapon, and asked for my ID (not asked by the person in front of me).
