- LBlori B.Jan 2, 20201.0Getting ANY communication front the escrow officer was like pulling teeth. Most Title and Escrow companies are more or less the same but this experience was bad. No one seemed to know what was going on, calls and emails from the lender and me we’re not returned, and when it did close, It took four days to phone calls and an email to learn that my commission had just now been dropped in the regular mail. Do better.
- TKTiki KaiAug 11, 20161.0AVOID THE SCAMS!! Out of the blue received an email from Michael Santucci at this company with no introduction. The body of the email had only my address and a file number and an attachment. When I clicked on the unsolicited attachment, the forms were requesting very personal financial information to be filled out immediately. In this day of cyber scams, spear phishing and identity theft, the last thing I need is an unsolicited email - even if it does appear to be for my property. I think Michael, First American Title and my mortgage company can ALL work on their communication if this was truly a valid request. AVOID THE SCAMS!!
