The body of the email had only my address and a file number and an attachment. When I clicked on the unsolicited attachment, the forms were requesting very personal financial information to be filled out immediately. In this day of cyber scams, spear phishing and identity theft, the last thing I need is an unsolicited email - even if it does appear to be for my property. I think Michael, First American Title and my mortgage company can ALL work on their communication if this was truly a valid request. AVOID THE SCAMS!!
