    I've been here a couple of times to return packages and each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and hilarious to just converse with. Jules and Joe are fantastic and they made the process a breeze

    I planned to give FedEx 2 stars due to frustration with the estimated delivery timelines. However, after speaking with Julius, I’m changing my review to 5 stars. He was incredibly helpful—he answered all our questions over the phone and even called us back as soon as our package arrived. His excellent customer service turned a stressful situation and a rough trip to Canada into a much better experience. Thank you, Julius!
